The Boiler Upgrade Scheme

The ECO4 Scheme

The Energy Company Obligation Scheme (ECO4) is a scheme the UK Government are rolling out to help reduce people's energy bills and help reduce carbon emissions. Those who are on lower income and are eligible can have a great variety of work completed, such as: loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, boiler upgrade, solar panels, air source heat pumps and more. This is to help residents with the cost of energy whilst moving towards a greener future.

The HUG Scheme

The Home Upgrade Grant Scheme (HUG) has been implemented across the UK in many areas which is aimed to support those who  are currently off the gas grid, on a lower income and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of a D - G. The aim of this grant is to help the residents have lower energy bills whilst being more energy efficient and greener.

The Great British Insulation Scheme

This is one of the latest schemes (GBIS) that has been created to support those on lower incomes and with a property with an EPC rating D - G.

You may be able to get support to install:

  • Cavity wall insulation
  • Solid wall insulation (internal or external)
  • Loft insulation
  • Flat or pitched roof insulation
  • Underfloor insulation
  • Solid floor insulation
  • Park home insulation
  • Room-in-roof insulation
